ENTER TWENI

TWENI

This year we will be joined by the diva fabulous TweniTweni Project, a double act formed by Alexis Akrovatakis and Ben Smith. 'This is a lifestyle/creation concept that lets creativity be what it was born to be: true, instinctive expression. Rather than searching superficial, intellectual subject matter we will instead encourage all that is brewing below the surface, pushing it to new limits and letting the soul speak for it’s self.

        Maximum support   ,

                     minimal questions asked…

TweniTweni is a social, political, conceptual, experiment that pushes us to ‘accept and support the diva within’.

They will be leading a workshop and performance group at The Palace this year  >>>

brings awareness to, and facilitates conversation about, our pelvic floor. The pelvic floor muscles are our true foundation, the base of support for our bodies. Learn to use your pelvic floor muscles more effectively through meditation, breathing practice and a sequence of asanas. Develop introspection and build a more personal, integrated experience of your body by coordinating the pelvic floor muscles with the supporting muscles of the low back, hips, abdominals and diaphragm (breathing) muscles in yoga, enhancing the function of the pelvic floor, improving sexual health, bowel and bladder function.
